Men are carefully selected by an experienced recruitment staff followed by training sessions, performance evaluations, monitoring and other quality assurance measures. We ensure that our security personnel maintain a very high degree of performance standard and personal conduct consistent with BELFORT standards.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

We recognize that by having trained staff, our customers, our organization and our management staff all benefit from the improved performance which only dedicated and focused training can provide. Training of Belfort Employees begins with pre-deployment training followed by on-job training which is a continuous process. Our operation staff is charged with the responsibility of giving on-job training, monitoring performance and motivation of deputed persons for optimum performance or else suggesting a change if the employee is assessed as unsuitable for a particular duty location.

Employee Training remains to be a continuous and never ending process.
